  The apartments are beautiful and the rent is great considering the part of Round Rock it is in! Close to the outlet mall, a university, and a community college as well. It’s also close to two great hospitals and a great school district. I think the interior is beautiful and very spacious. These are definitely great apartments! The only downside, and this is pretty big - HORRIBLE PARKING! It’s hard to find a spot after 8pm if not impossible(literally) at times. Also, if you are disabled, you will have to stay on the first floor as there are no elevators. Aside from that, it’s a great place!

  City North Apartments are awesome! Rick was great being very flexible and patient with my move in date. Even giving me a great deal on including a washer and dryer in my unit. Very considerate and professional.
